Veronica specializes in project team leadership and communications, new business development, project management, employee engagement, and multi-cultural organizational challenges. Her successes derive from her strong relationship building skills at all levels of an organization combined with a passion for finding ways to collaborate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders – from executive advising and employee coaching, to government relations and workforce enrollment.
Veronica has over 20 years of national and international experience in business development, project management and marketing in diverse industries, from energy to management consulting.
Veronica has led large scale new business opportunities through strategic planning, resulting in new contracts and expanded markets by successfully developing and strengthening business relations, leading negotiations, engaging employees, and managing cross-functional teams for successful projects execution. She has also developed and delivered various training and educational workshops, and facilitation of project teams.
Prior to joining KingChapman, Veronica was the Business Development Manager for Latin America for a global oil & gas services organization where she successfully developed and managed multiple new business projects throughout Latin America.
Education and Languages
Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Marketing Minor from the University of Houston-Downtown. She is also a Professional Coach, having successfully completed an ICF accredited coach training program by Coach Academy International.
Veronica is fully bilingual in Spanish and possesses a high multicultural sensitivity having worked and lived in South America, North America, Europe and South-East Asia.
