Mike specializes in consulting to project teams, leadership development for supervisors and front line leaders, as well as development of internal facilitators who are working in organizational transformation projects. His passion is for the emergence of leadership within organizations.
Mike spent the first 17 years of his career as a line manager in the chemicals industry. This background provided him first-hand experience as an agent of change within organizations. As a strategic advisor, Mike has worked with many large North American and European companies. He has helped facilitate several company-wide business transformations, including implementing strategies that have led to the attainment of significant business results.
Mike has a B.S. in Management from Rutgers University.
